On my way to the FIPAH office this morning I ran into a parade celebrating “Day of el ninos” There were bands from several schools and these lovely young girls. Very lively for 8am in the morning

In October 2016, I will be going on a CESO assignment to La Ceiba on the north coast of Honduras to work with an NGO called FIPAH. I will be helping them with multi-year budgeting and more effective fiscal management.
